1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Leadizzy ("the Application"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with IGAP LLC FZ ("we," "us," or "the Company"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the Application immediately.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally enforceable contract between you and IGAP LLC FZ. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms as they may be updated from time to time.

2. Nature of Service

Leadizzy is a business development platform designed for lead generation, business discussion, and deal facilitation. We do not participate in the actual transactions between users.

The platform serves solely as a neutral intermediary that facilitates introductions and communications between business professionals. Any agreements, contracts, or financial arrangements made between users are strictly private matters between those parties.

3. Verification & Third-Party Content

All leads and offerings are provided by third parties registered through email or phone verification.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of any lead or business proposal.

Users are solely responsible for performing their own Due Diligence before entering into any financial or legal commitment. This includes but is not limited to:

• Verifying the identity and credentials of any counterparty
• Conducting independent background checks
• Seeking independent legal and financial advice
• Validating any claims made regarding products, services, or investment opportunities

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadizzy, its owners, officers, and shareholders shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from deals made through the platform
• Any loss of profit, data, or business reputation
• Any disputes between members. Dealing with any party is your own sole responsibility
• Any damages resulting from the inability to use the platform, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or any other cause

5. User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in:

• Offensive, unethical, or anti-social discussions
• Spamming or fraudulent lead generation
• Sharing malware or illegal content
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any other user

Reporting: Violations should be reported via add lead section by searching for the official support@leadizzy.com profile. All reports will be investigated promptly, and appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, may be taken.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support@leadizzy.com. Upon termination, we will delete or deactivate your account and remove your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Leadizzy platform, including but not limited to the user interface, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by IGAP LLC FZ or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without our express written consent.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically. If you do not agree to any modified terms, you must stop using the platform.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IGAP LLC FZ regarding your use of the Leadizzy platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
